Keynote speaker was Mark Dever, pastor of Capitol Hill Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. (but a native of rural Kentucky!). Mark is the author of numerous books, including Nine Marks of a Healthy Church. The theme of the conference was Winds of Change in Rural America.
